This homemade costume for men entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Travis, the 'Freddy Krueger' costume creator:
Got the idea from the movie nightmare on elm street. I created the mask with toilet paper, cotton balls and liquid latex. Created the chest piece with liquid latex, yarn, cotton balls, toilet paper and doll heads.
