This homemade costume for men entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Doug, the 'Freddy Kruger' costume creator:
I'm wearing it. Takes about 3 hours to do every time I do it. I use liquid latex , bloody scab, extra flesh molding clay, regular make up and a bald cap. Spent around $130 for all supplies for the face.
