This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Laurie, the 'French Artist' costume creator:
Potato i came up with the idea because he loves getting his paws dirty leaves footprint on the cement
so put i put on an old shirt of mine,a black tie
i sewed straps to the beret we added a scarf
