This is Finnigan, our 8 month old corgi puppy. He is dressed as Frodo Baggins from The Lord of the Rings. My husband has been a Lord of the Rings fan since he was a child and Finnigan makes a perfect Hobbit since he is so short, silly, and is always hungry! Happy Halloween!
