This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rhonda, the 'Frodo Baggins' costume creator:
I decided to dress up as my favorite movie character, Frodo, in honor of The Hobbit coming out this year! The pin and ring are from ebay, the shirt is from Woot, and I sewed the cloak and made the "Hobbit Feet" shoes myself! I also made my puppy, Page, her own Frodo costume :)
