Frozen Anna Costume

This is my 2year old daughter Na'Harri. She loves frozen and I decided to go diy this year. Her skirt is made from an old shirt, cloak hat and gloves from an old housecoat, she has her own winter boots on, the hair is yarn sewn into the hat, the fringe on the hat is some stuffing that I colored with food coloring, the top of her dress is made from 3 different shirts, and of course the designs are hand painted. Her trick or treat bag is made of plastic tubing, stuffing, two shirts, and the handles and bow are from one of my other daughters dresses. And EVERYTHING was sewn by hand no sewing machine.
