This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Elle, the 'Frozen Elsa' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume and of course the inspiration came from the ever famous (or infamous) Frozen. I bought the dress at TJ Max and made the cape from a drawstring cape pattern. Its a lovely costume that I simply love wearing.
