This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Leslie, the 'Frozen Elsa' costume creator:
Before my daughters birthday she requested to me if i can make her an elsa's dress,i told her i'll try. When i make costumes i do not use machine all of my costume are handmade stitchches because i cannot afford to buy a machine. But with God has given me i think this is the best gift that i have given to her that day.
