This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jill, the 'Fruity Pebbles' costume creator:
My 4year old daughter Olivia is wearing the costume.
This is 100% homemade. I got the idea from her loving to eat fruity pebbles.
Ceral Box was handpainted , Bone in hair was made from playdoh, which I let it air dry and painted it white.
Fruity pebbles on box are bad from spray foam and then painted.
Then sprayed her hair Orange to get pebbles hair color
