Alphonse Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist Costume

I've been making costumes for my kids for a number of years. This year I decided to push myself an make a costume that is more involved from EVA foam.
My son loves watching anime, so we decided that the suit of armor worn by the character Alphonse Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist might be possible for me to make. I was able to find some resources on the internet to give me a starting point for the patterns so I started on the project in September.
The armor is mostly made from EVA foam. On the outside, the spikes and rivets were 3d printed. On the inside there are a number of brackets that were 3d printed to attach straps to hold the pieces together and to make it wearable.
