Leonardo -in Italian american culture (sopranos) cappicola is often called "gabagool" Gaba-Ghoul is a play on the word. So the way we picture it, is an Italian-Sopranos inspired-undead ghoul, fully equipped with a 90esque tracksuit, gold chains and white loafers!
