This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Beth, the 'Garden Gnome' costume creator:
This is my daughter Ruby the garden gnome. I found the knitted hat and booties at a thrift store. I used a 5t shirt as a tunic and I made her belt from ribbon and cardboard.
