This homemade costume for adults entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Elaine, the 'Geico Man' costume creator:
Elaine Fly is wearing this costume. I had to come up with a costume for a Harley Davidson Halloween Party. I thought the motorcycle GEICO Man would be a good idea. I took a round neck shirt and a pair of capri pants and started hot glueing play money that I bought from Amazon. I use a doo rag for the head and the beard was a string tied around the ears.I worked on it about eight hours and it cost about 20.00.
