This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karl, the 'Genie on a Flying Carpet' costume creator:
My daughter asked me if I Could Make Her Fly for Halloween. These two piece of cardboard and some suspenders to hold the base up, and covered it with an old like weight tablecloth. Then we made legs inside them in front of her and dressed her like a genie. It is very simple to do in the only cost was the material for the genie costume. Somewhere around $10
