This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bridget, the 'George Washington' costume creator:
Since it was Cal’s first Halloween we decided to dress him as our country’s first president. It was a simple costume made from cotton balls and scraps from an old Halloween costume. He wore it well and we think the wig somehow helped him to sit up by himself for the first time!
