This homemade costume for girls entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nicole, the 'Georgie meet Pennywise' costume creator:
This costume was inspired by the Steven king novel and subsequent movie installments, IT. This Pennywise costume was hand made by five-year-old Ella’s mom and took approximately 3 hours. The red balls were made from yarn, the collar was made out of tulle, a square of cotton fabric, and some ribbon. Red trim details were made out of yarn. The entire project cost approximately $30.
