This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mary, the 'Ghost' costume creator:
This is me (Mary) last Halloween as a ghost in a haunted basement. The tank top was over seven years old and I purchased the vintage wrinkled skirt to look like I have been trapped in the basement for years. The dark red lipstick is to add a pop of fairy God mother evil.
