Ghostbuster Costume

My sons costume was completely handmade. I really wanted to do something original since next year he will definitely know what he wants to be like Spiderman or Superman :-D So I took advantage and thought of a few old movies I enjoyed and came up with Ghostbusters.

-The shirt was given to me, and I purchased the pants at Walmart along with a few supplies for the Proton Pack.
-Foam, and cardboard served as the base for the pack.
-We also used a 99cent food container, reflectors which we cut out to make the octagonal shapes, ghostbuster stickers which we bought on ebay along with the iron on patches for his shirt, paint, velcro straps for the shoulder straps, and used up pieces I found in the tool box, then his boots I bought at Marshalls to complete the look.
-For the Ecto specs, I bought a cheap pair of Safety Goggles. Cut to size toliet paper rolls and super glued them on. Then i used silver tape for one side, glued little pieces from my tool box to look like little spinning handles and spray painted it black leaving some spots unsprayed to give it a vintage look.
-He had such an awesome time, and I was able to get him to yell "Ghostbusters!" When I would ask "Who you guna call!?"
