This homemade costume for babies entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dickson, the 'Ghostbusters' costume creator:
As a Ghostbusters fan I've always wanted to create a Proton Pack for myself. Fastfoward to 2022, I have a 1 year old boy and I am living vicariously through him.
I built him a 1:2.5 scale replica of the Proton Pack along with the jumpsuit. The Proto Pack was 3D printed at home. I added details for the electronics to be as accurate to the movie prop as possible.
THe jumpsuit was a baby onesie that I ironed some patches on and the boots I found at a baby resale store. All in all his costume cost around $150....pricey! But considering that a full size replica was around $600 to build I was pretty happy with the outcome.
