This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Laura, the 'Gift Bag' costume creator:
My oldest daughter is wearing this costume. I saw the idea on a tv show and thought it would be cool. I just bought an oversize gift bag and cut out the bottom and arms. I wrapped ribbon around a head band and tied pieces to it and curled them. I attached tissue paper and wrote To: and From: on her face.
