This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jen, the 'Girl Power' costume creator:
this is my daughter Megan and her Belgian malinois Dea ready for patrol. Just put patches on a dress shirt with toy police set and boys pants and the dog has a shirt with fabric paint.She really acts the part and its great pretend play.
