This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.

My makeup was inspired my several different YouTube videos. I used just my normal makeup from home, glitter and rhinestones. Spirit gum for an adhesive. I bought the tulle skirt from Amazon. I already had the jacket a heels. So basically I spent $40.
