This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sara, the 'Glinda from Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
I made this costume for my daughter, Addison. I used A LOT of tulle (from JoAnn Fabrics) to make the skirt. I used a leotard ( Walmart) and attached tulle around shoulders and cut out glitter butterflies from glitter card stock and glued to skirt and leotard. I also attached crystal gems to the skirt and leotard. For the crown, I used a clear place-mat (Dollartree) and glued crystal gems to create a light weight crown.
