This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Glinda the Good Witch & Scarecrow' costume creator:
My 8 year old daughter Brianna is Glinda the Good Witch and my 2 year old daughter Sylvanna is the Scarecrow both from the Wizard of Oz. My niece Ceci was Dorothy. My mother-n-law made all three costumes for the girls!!! They were a hit at school and Trick or Treating. Best Costumes YET!
