MATERIALS: OLD WEDDING DRESS, SUNHAT, LIGHTS, MAKEUP, AND NEEDLE AND THREAD.
I USED AN OLD WEDDING DRESS AND SEWED LIGHTS UNDER THE SKIRT AND AROUND THE BODICE. I ALSO GLUED LIGHTS AROUND THE HAT BRIM ADDING FEATHERS AND BEADS. THE LIGHTS MADE THE EFFECT GLOW IN THE DARK.
