This homemade costume for girls entered our 2021 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Glowing Jellyfish' costume creator:
My daughter Trista is wearing it. I made it for her when my mom suggested being a jellyfish. It was a pain to make since I shaved pipe cleaners wrapped in lights inside of tube pipe. Took forever haha. But was worth it in the end.
