This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.

I love the Wizard of Oz so I had a friend make me this costume several years ago. I dressed up for my students at school and now treat my trick or treaters in this costume . It stays in my Wizard of Oz room all year on display.
