This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ginger, the 'Good Witch' costume creator:
I am a professional storyteller, I used it to tell Halloween stories all month. I bought the dress on etsy, and got wigs, petticoats and socks from amazon. My favorite was the scorpion necklace that my father in law gave to me as a Christmas. Now I have a reason to wear it.
