This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cassy, the 'Grandma Carley' costume creator:
Carley is dressed as a grandma. I found this idea on Pinterest and put my own spin on it. I used a beanie and glued Pom Pom balls to it for the granny wig. For her walker I used PVC pipe and put wheels and tennis balls on it for the legs, I then painted the Walker with silver paint.
