Grandma Costume

This is my daughters first costume while she is learning to walk. It is completely homemade. She used the frame to help her keep steady as she is only walking a month. I bought an apron to make the skirt. The cardigan is hand knitted. I bought reading glasses with a light and tied them with ribbon. I made the wig out of thick grey knitting wool and sewed it onto a hat my daughter had. Finally I got a Zimmer frame from a friend and we cut it and put suitcase wheels on it so she could push it freely. She loved the costume for a party!
