This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Megan, the 'Granny B' costume creator:
6 month old, Brooke. Her wig is cotton balls glued on an old hat; I popped the lenses out of an old pair of my glasses; the sweater was crocheted by a friends mother a few years ago! I love a great (inexpensive/free) DIY costume! We already had everything she is wearing!
