This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Justin, the 'Granny Piper' costume creator:
My daughter Piper was a old lady. We made the costume out of yard and hair curlers a pair of glasses skirt and sweater. Her walker was made out of pvc pipe.
