This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Krystal, the 'Great Granny Olivia' costume creator:
Olivia is 1 yr old and learning to walk. Her need for a walker inspired her costume. We made her a little granny walker out of PVC pipe and spray paint. She Loved it so much we had a close friend crochet her a granny wig. We then added the final touches to her dress with pearls and glasses. She absolutely loves being all dressed up and smiles and waves at everyone. Shes definitely a happy granny
