This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Green Eggs and Ham Dr. Seuss' costume creator:
My daughter Lilla made an adorable Dr. Seuss character! We bought top and bottom at the Thrift store and cut it at the sleeves and hem triangle pattern. I made the hat using red felt and glue gun. We made the sign, plate, and green and ham out of foam sheets (Cheap about $.69 a sheet at Walmart) make-up, curled and color sprayed her hair. :)
