Grinch and Cindy Lou Who Costume

My daughter Rachel as Cindy Lou and my son Matthew as the Grinch. Rachel’s dress was 1.50 at a second hand store, paired with her own leggings and shoes. Her cloak was an adult one that was 3.00 at a second hand store. I cut it to her size and added the fur. Her hair has a mini water bottle underneath to make it high. Matthew’s coat is a standard fleece zip up for 2.00 at a second hand store. I added all of the fur. Paired with his sister’s green leggings and red slippers, his own green T-shirt, and a standard Santa hat. The hands are from an Incredible Hulk costume.
