This homemade costume for pets entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Laura, the 'Guinea Pig Lifesavers' costume creator:
Mr. Smee is a rescued guinea pig from the Humane Society in Detroit, MI. He lives with two humans, another rescued guinea pig named Sherman, and three crazy rescued cats. Mr. Smee has a part time job teaching proper animal care to young children at a school. Mr. Smee loves his tunnel. His tunnel was made into a pack of Lifesavers using an oatmeal container, construction paper, tin foil, and tape. Total cost was under $5.
