This is a costume that I made myself. I got the idea from a plastic gum ball machine that I bought from Dollar Tree . Lol😁
Tank top I bought at a fashion store, skirt from a clothing store at the Indoor Swap meet, colored balls from the arts & craft store Michael's. I then glued each ball one by one on the tank top.
