This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Heather, the 'Hag' costume creator:

I am wearing the costume. I got into a local charity group that has an annual Halloween attraction. They asked me to be a 1800's Hag. So I went to the Goodwin and got many different fabrics, such as fo-fur, cottons, silks, and leathers. I took an old hooded costume I had and Hand sewed all the stripes of material to it. Took me over 2 months. Then I added some charms and trinkets to. Along with a full face mask, Heather the Hag is born....

Hey, the mask is not a mask at all it is a full laytex facial mold. It was bought online a FX.com we get a lot of our make up and laytex items from there. a lot of stage make up;;
