Half Robot Half Human Costume

My grandson is wearing this. He is 7 and designed the entire thing in a drawing. Grandma made the drawing come to life. He was so pleased with the final result. I used dryer vent hose painted silver for the arm and leg, Silver insulating tape for mask, jacket and pant top, old buttons for the front row of rivets on the jacket - then maker to make all the rest of the rivets. I formed the mask on a Styrofoam head. First I covered the form with stretch and seal so the tape would only stick to it. Then I put 3 layers of the Silver tape all over it, sprayed q-tips with silver paint and then cut each in half, then hot glued to mask for hair. Cardboard was used to add the ear and nose features then covered with silver tape. This turned out almost the same as his drawing.
