This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Deb, the 'Halloween Party' costume creator:
My granddaughter, Mikayla, is wearing it. I had made this same costume for myself several years ago. Just used poster board and some foam underneath. Bought dollar store tablecloth, plates, candy, bowl etc. put lollipops in her hair. Other small children loved this
They would come up to her and try to take a lollipop. I gave her lollipops to hand out to kids
