A word from Kim, the 'American Bobsled Hotdog Team' costume creator:
This is Larry my dachshund. His costume is made from chair cushin cut out into the right shape and covered with red material. I painted the design and bought the flag stickers. The hats are painted styrophoam and those are swimming goggles. I used dollar store animals for the team. I used no other adhesive besides hot glue.
