This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Anna, the 'Baby Owl' costume creator:
This is 10 month old Princess Tiffany in her owl costume made by mom! She loves owls and I wanted her costume to be unique just like her. Her hat was crocheted by a friend and I made her wings and body by cutting felt into a ton of feathers and attaching them to a shirt.
