Beetlejuice Family Costume

We are the DIY Beetlejuice Family. The large masks were made from card board, wire coat hangers, newspaper, and homemade paper mache clay. The outfits are mostly clothes that were hiding in the back of the closet or thrift store finds (and modified). Beetlejuice's wig was a black and white wig from the thrift store that was modified to look more like Beetlejuice and less like Cruela DeVil. The greatest accessory was the "Handbook For The Recently Deceased", it was an old book made to look like the proper cover, but it was also hallowed out and glued the pages together so I could have a purse to hold my cell phone and keys (since Mrs. Maitland didn't have a purse or pockets)!
