This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karen, the 'Cereal Bowl' costume creator:
I got the idea from www.studiodiy.com/2015/10/08/diy-cereal-bowl-costume/ I made the bowl using paper mache paste, the cereal from pool noodles and the spoon from cardboard and foil paper, also use a 24" balloon because for my 10 year daughter I think 36 was too big. Everybody at their school party loved it!
