This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stacy, the 'Christmas Tree' costume creator:
This is my 8 year old daughter wearing the bright light up Christmas tree this year.
We started with cardboard cut into triangles, there were 4 for each layer. Covered the whole thing in felt circles. Attached straps and then made a star mask. We used battery operated lights which really added that wow factor.
