This store bought costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christine, the 'Cupcake' costume creator:
My daughter, Kate, lOVES her cupcakes! When she was almost one, and saying a LOT, she thought cupcakes we're called "cup-Kate's" just for her! So that was her first birthday theme. After Christmas 2016 I was in tjmax and found this costume for $1.50 on a super clearance and HAD to get it. So glad it fits her this year, just after she turned 5 (October 4th). I added the pants and shirt to match the bottom and top.
