This homemade costume for kids entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Terri, the 'Dorothy and The Flying Monkey' costume creator:
Made the costumes for my children- this is what they wanted to be :-) had some help from Daddy and a glue gun for the wings, everything else is homemade pattern or free hand design :-)
