This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.

My daughter Rachel Dillingham is wearing "Effie Trinket" costume. I purchased dated clothes from a local resale shop, then I added some vintage jewelry, I ordered a Lady Gaga wig and then clipped a flower in her hair. I used a white water base then added pink/purple eye shadow and pink blush lightly all over face, fake eye-lashes and pink/purple lipstick & some chuncky heels. The idea came to us while watching the movie. Fun! Fun! costume!!! Hope you enjoy (=
