This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marelyn, the 'Evil Witch' costume creator:
Every Halloween I look forward to the small children and adults alike to come to my home.... and scaring their pants off. This is me Marelyn before and after makeup! It takes me about 1 and a half hours to do, but worth every second. I have a latex nose and chin but the rest is all me, Heeheheheheheeeee
