This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brandi, the 'Fidget Spinner' costume creator:
This is Grayson, age 6 from Greenfield Ohio. He went viral two years ago for his Mac and Cheese costume. This year he went through the fidget spinner phase so we thought "Hmm maybe we could make a costume out of that?" This costume cost us 1.25 total. Yes a dollar, you read that right! We recycled an old bike wheel, cardboard and an old book bag to attach it to him! Once we had the shell of it made and knew it would spin, we got to work covering it in glue soaked newspaper strips. We then painted it and added the LED lights! He was a total hit in our small town and the best part was that he LOVED his costume! To see the videos of it in action check out my facebook page:
